Here’s my story

I live with my husband in Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh, Hampshire and I love yoga, trees and spending quality time in nature. We love to travel in a motor home in the UK, Europe and beyond. I have found so many benefits of a regular yoga practice myself and want to share these benefits with you.

I'm passionate about making slow mindful yoga available to everyone regardless of age, health, flexibility or level of fitness. Forget the tall slender bodies in impossible positions abundant on social media! Yoga is for all of us, the practice begins where we are. No special yoga wear required, just wear loose or stretchy clothing which will enable you to exercise comfortably, and come prepared to move gently.

I

I trained with Laura Green's Yoga Teacher Training Programme and qualified as a Yoga Alliance Professionals registered teacher in 2019. I trained further and qualified as a Chair Yoga Specialist in 2020. My further studies in the style of Subtle Yoga have inspired me to teach the slow mindful yoga techniques.
